less in recurring costs
This is a planning estimate, not a quote or a site audit. Traffic flags capacity review rather than magically sizing a server. Email uses monthly volume and the peak campaign day. Backups multiply full archive size by retained copies.
Mailgun: free up to 100 sends/day, otherwise Basic starts at $15/month for 10,000 sends; this model uses its starting overage rate. Tinybird: free up to 1,000 requests/day and 10 GB, Developer starts at $49/month. R2: storage-only estimate at $0.015/GB-month after available free storage, rounded to billable GB. Higher-volume email or analytics may need a different plan.
Backups may need more space during rotation. Mail/analytics storage and operation limits need verification. Domain renewals that remain unchanged cancel out. Human support and an uptime SLA aren't included. Nonrefundable prepaid hosting can delay cash savings.
